Zeno is a math tutoring service provided by Streben Labs, Inc.
We collect parent contact details; student names, ages, grades, and courses; schedules and subscription status; conversations, answers, and learning progress. We use this information to provide and personalize tutoring, manage accounts and payments, and communicate with families.
Voice recordings are transcribed on our server and are not retained as permanent audio files. Transcripts form part of the learning record. Session cookies support account access.
We use service providers for AI responses, speech, hosting, email, payments, and text messages. They receive the information needed to provide those services.
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers. Text messages require separate permission; see our SMS Privacy Policy.
We keep account and learning records while your family uses Zeno to provide ongoing tutoring and remember progress between sessions. Parents can request deletion at any time. After a verified request, we delete personal records from active systems within 30 days and backups within 90 days. If a family has been inactive for 12 months, we delete its records on the same schedule.
A parent or guardian manages the account and must give permission before a child under 13 provides personal information. Parents may review their child’s information, withdraw permission for further collection and use, or request deletion by contacting us below. Family records can also be downloaded and deletion requested from the family account.
