SMS Terms

Zeno tutoring text messages are operated by Streben Labs, Inc. Parents and guardians can receive session updates, progress notifications, coordination, and replies to support questions. Student text messages cover session scheduling, reminders, and tutoring support. Permission is recorded separately for each number.

Signing up

To join, provide your mobile number, check the SMS consent box on our public form or in your family account, and save your preferences. In orientation, review the choices for the parent and student numbers and save them. The student option asks the parent to confirm they are authorized to give permission for that number. Providing a number alone does not enroll it. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of tutoring.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with tutoring activity and support conversations. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help when you receive a Zeno text. You can also save your preferences with the consent box unchecked in your family account or on the public form in the same browser. If you no longer have that browser, contact us to withdraw consent. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Read our SMS Privacy Policy for details about your number and consent record.
