Zeno is a math tutoring service provided by Streben Labs, Inc. It is taught by software, not by a human tutor. A parent sets up an account by talking to Zeno, the student takes a placement benchmark, and from there the student works through scheduled sessions on a curriculum chosen from that placement.
The parent or guardian holds the account and is responsible for it. Setup, the schedule, payment, and the reports are all the parent's.
Setup, the placement benchmark, and the results are free. A subscription is what starts the scheduled tutoring sessions, at the package and price shown when you enroll. Subscriptions renew monthly. Parents can cancel renewal from the family account and keep access through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund that period.
We do not guarantee a grade, a test score, or a particular rate of improvement. What we do report is what actually happened: what was taught, what the student answered, and where they now stand against grade-level standards.
The account is for your family and its enrolled students. Please do not share it outside your family, resell it, script it, or try to extract the lesson material wholesale — the lessons, the question banks, and the curriculum map are ours.
Optional parent text updates are covered by our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is separate from account setup and is not a condition of purchase.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so before the change takes effect.
